GH3600 nickel-based corrosion resistant and heat resistant alloy

GH3600 alloy is a nickel-chromium nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy.

The GH3600 alloy has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800℃, and has good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 1000℃. The alloy has been used in stable tissue and has good cold and cold processing and welding properties and low temperature mechanical properties.

Alloys can be reinforced by cold machining or connected by resistance welding, soldering or brazing, suitable for engine combustion chambers working below 700-800℃ and oxidation-resistant parts below 1100℃ for low loads
