1, raw material preparation: titanium sponge, carbon steel ingot or round steel heated to about 1000°C, for gas removal and miscellaneous treatment.

2. Melting: use argon-oxygen decarburization furnace to melt sponge titanium and alloy billet under a protective atmosphere, so that the gas in titanium sponge can escape and purify to remove harmful impurities.

3. Ingot and processing: cool the ingot to 800~850°C and put it into the vacuum annealing tank for vacuum heat treatment; and then send the annealed heat treatment billet to the electric slag double furnace for remelting.

4, machining: using grinding wheel cutting machine, plasma arc welding machine, laser welding machine and other advanced equipment to complete the product processing process.
