1 High Strength
Titanium have a very high strength,its tensile strength is 686-1176 Mpa, and the density is only about 60% of the steel, so the specific strength is very high.
2 High hardness
The elastic modulus of titanium alloy (annealed state) is 1.07810-1.1710106 Mpa, about half that of steel and stainless steel.
3 Low elastic modulus
The elastic modulus of titanium alloy (annealed state) is 1.07810-1.17610 Mpa, about half that of steel and stainless steel.
4. Excellent high temperature and low temperature performance
At high temperature, titanium alloy can still maintain good mechanical properties, its heat resistance is much higher than that of aluminum alloy, and the working temperature range is wide. At present, the working temperature of the new heat-resistant titanium alloy can reach 550℃ -600℃.
At low temperature, the strength of titanium alloy increases than at room temperature, and it has good toughness. The low temperature titanium alloy can still maintain good toughness at-235℃.
